c-) In multiple agencies sharing the same premises; it is sufficient that the invoices are registered in the name of one of the agencies sharing the premises, except for the internet invoice.

d-) Having at least one computer and printer device,

e-) It is mandatory to have an internet connection and to use Static IP for insurance transactions.

2- A maximum of three insurance agencies may operate in the same premises, provided that their departments, personnel and static IPs are separate. However, if a special project is developed and approval is obtained from the Executive Committee, the number limit is not applied for the agencies that will operate in the same space.  

3- Insurance agencies cannot be located in the same premises with companies other than insurance agencies registered in the license plate and the premises cannot be connected to each other (doors, windows, etc.).  

4- Insurance agency branches cannot operate in the same place with other agencies.

5- All IT programs used by insurance agencies for the issuance of insurance policies and other intermediary activities are subject to inspection within the scope of minimum physical conditions.

6- Insurance Agencies should apply to Sivas TSO Insurance Unit for minimum physical conditions inspection after they have realized their address change transactions from Sivas Trade Registry Directorate.
