OUR FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT POLICY
- Using the revenue items determined within the framework of Law No. 5174 of TOBB; Our Chamber aims to:
- Develop its existing resources
- Planning our activities in a way that will increase our income and securing the resources our Chamber needs under the most favorable conditions.
- Using our Chamber's existing resources in a way that supports the economic development of our district and contributes to employment.
- Evaluating our financial risks and taking precautions against them.
- Adopting the principles of efficiency, frugality, transparency, fairness, and accurate and timely information in the collection of expenditures and revenues.
- Conducting the activities within the scope of our Chamber's Strategic Plan and Annual Business Plan objectives according to the annual current budget.

- To provide members with the opportunity to submit their complaints to our institution by opening different access channels,
- To ensure that all employees adopt fundamental principles such as objectivity, customer-focused approach, accountability, confidentiality of complainant information, not imposing financial obligations on the complainant, compliance with legislation, and continuous improvement in resolving complaints,
- To ensure full compliance with legislation in all our activities and in the process of managing complaints,
