5-) Original Ministry representative appointment letter
6-) Signature declaration of the Liquidators issued under the title starting with the phrase in liquidation
* After the registration of the liquidation entry, it is necessary to announce the call to creditors in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette. If this is not done, the liquidation period may be prolonged. The announcement text must be announced with the stamp and the joint signature of the liquidation officers.
