Cooperative Establishment Process

1-) MERSIS Application

 

2-) Chamber Registration Petition  

 

- It must be signed jointly by the members of the board of directors of the cooperative, and if signed by proxy, the original or certified copy of the proxy must be attached, and it must include the attached document breakdown. In the petition, the title, capital, headquarters, opening date and the subject of the real activity of the cooperative on this date should be clearly shown together with the NACE code and it should be written that the responsibility belongs to the person or persons signing the petition in case it is determined that this information is correct.

 

3-) Chamber registration declaration

 

- Must be signed by authorized signatories and have pictures of the partners

 

4-) If the main contract prepared from Mersis will be signed by the partners, the partners must be present at the relevant unit at the appointment time. If the contract is to be signed by proxy, if the wet signed power of attorney is submitted, the partners do not need to come to the Directorate, it is sufficient for the person who is given power of attorney to come.

 

5-) Contract booklet approved by the relevant Ministry (2 copies)

 

6-) Original Ministry permission letter

 

7-) After the signatures are obtained in the presence of the contract, 2 copies of the contract with certified signatures will be given to the cooperative authorities in order to obtain the permissions mentioned in Articles 3 and 4, and the registration process will be realized after the permissions are obtained.
